Digital Box Tops

1. If you shop at Shop Rite visit https://www.shopriteformyschool.com/ to obtain a Price Plus card number or link your existing card to Shop Rite For My School powered by Box Tops, make sure to choose Little Silver Schools.

2. Download the Box Tops for Education App on your smart phone or online at https://www.boxtops4education.com make sure to link your account to Little Silver Schools. 

3. A few brands have opted not to participate in the digital program; however, you can still find Box Tops clips on these products during the packaging transition. Be sure to send them to your school before they expire.

The next deadline for clipped Box Tops is Thursday, February 20, 2020 
Box Tops will continue to honor ALL traditional clips until they reach their expiration dates, so keep clipping and sending them in too! 

4. If you linked your Shop Rite card there is no reason to scan your receipt, for other retailers (Acme,Wegmans, Foodtown, etc.) take a screen shot/picture (or multiples) for your entire receipt from your purchase, including retailer name, all items, transaction total, and date of purchase.

When you scan your receipt, you have the option on the Box Tops app to “Give Credit” memo for each scan. This allows you to tag your earnings to your family! PLEASE NOTE: Earnings can take up to 14 days after the scan date to be credited.

Great news! If you shop for groceries online, you can now submit your email receipts from select retailers to earn Box Tops For Education (BTFE) for your school as well. See the app for the most up to date information and retailer list. To ensure that earnings are properly credited to your account: 

1. Make sure you have a Box Tops for Education account (you can create one via the Box Tops app or website)

2. Forward your email receipt to receipts@boxtops4education.com using the same email that’s associated with your BTFE account

3. Box Tops will be credited within 10 business days – view your earnings detail in the MY EARNINGS section of the app or website

The following email receipts are currently eligible:

• Instacart

• Jet.com

• SamsClub.com

• Shipt

• Target.com

• Target Pick-Up/Drive-Up

• Walmart Grocery

• Walmart Pay

• Walmart.com 

For purchases from online retailers not listed above, please follow the process below.

1. Take a screen shot (or multiple) of your entire receipt from your online purchase, including retailer name, all items, transaction total, and date of purchase

2. Open the Box Tops Contact Us form

3. In the Comments field, please include:

   • Your email address

   • Your name

   • Your school’s name

   • The amount of Box Tops earned with the purchases from that receipt

4. At the bottom of the form, use the “Upload Image Files” feature to add the screen shot(s) of your receipt. We will process your receipt and award Box Tops earned within 2 weeks.
